Little Victory Wine Bar is helmed by wife & husband team Kirsten Potenza and Jeremy Simpson, the owners of natural wine shop Little Victory Wine Market in Encinitas. The wine bar’s aim is to create a space that evokes community and thoughtful intention which is reflected in the food and wine on offer. Serving Natural wines made by real people with an attention to detail - from grapes farmed using organic and biodynamic techniques and minimal intervention winemaking in the cellar - to small plates that will accompany the wines in both quality and simplicity. Cheeses, cured meats, alongside pickles, crudo, seasonal salads, and ethically caught tinned fish plates.
Little Victory Wine Bar thoughtfully immerses its guests into a world that feels both familiar and surprising all at once. With consciously sourced, local ingredients presented in their humble, natural form, the culture and intention is authentic and feels storied - as if it evolved in place. The coastal connection between Southern California and historic European landscapes inspires the food and wine offerings and gives way to the interiors and aesthetic inspirations, as well.
